The Rise Apprenticeship Program (RAP) is open to recent graduates and young job seekers looking for better career opportunities.
We help entry-level job seekers find meaningful career opportunities with diverse employers.
RAP looks for candidates who have the passion, mental toughness, and willingness to learn and take risks to succeed. The program offers intensive practical training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure that candidates are prepared for their preferred career paths.
We are focused on developing soft skills and career coaching:
– 50% of training being workplace scenario-based
– 20% classroom style, and
– 30% coaching and mentoring.
Candidates who successfully complete the program have a 93% match success rate within two months and 100% within four months. To be eligible, candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree, obtained
no later than 2019.
